Evaluation

The CVPC offers services to help its partners design and conduct technology and system evaluations. These services combines testing, evaluation, and validation of intelligent transportation systems for vehicle communications and vehicle-infrastructure integration. To achieve this, the Center links dedicated controlled access roads, proving grounds, test tracks, independent bench test laboratories, and traffic management centers with a centralized data processing, evaluation, and training center. The CVPC also provides evaluation support services, including engineering expertise, evaluation research design, and prototype testing and training. Furthermore, the CVPC is structured to protect the intellectual property of our customers and partners.

Collectively, the CVPC staff has more than 30 years experience designing and conducting transportation system evaluations. The Center is able to offer this expertise to our customers and partners to assist with the evaluation work performed through the Center.
